Embroidery Software Training Certification Program

 Sue has been working in the home sewing industry for over 40 years. She has shared her expertise with the sewing consumer in many fields. Many will recognize her for her extensive work with sergers. Sue has co-authored several books on serging including, Sewing With An Overlock by the Singer Sewing Reference Library, Creative Serging by Palmer/Pletsch, Creative Serging Illustrated by the Chilton Book Company and 101 Sewing Secrets by the Singer Sewing Reference Library.    

Having traveled all over the United States, Sue loves to teach and create.  She has written several Owner’s Workbooks for the Baby Lock Sewing Machine Company.   The new workbooks will teach consumers how to use their Baby Lock sewing/embroidery machines, sergers and how to use the Palette Embroidery Software.

Sue has also done training workshops for Baby Lock dealers how to use the Palette software programs at Baby Lock Tech in St. Louis, Missouri.

Sue currently teaches hands-on serger and MasterWorks, Palette and Designer’s Gallery software classes in the greater Northern California area.

MEET KAREN!

Embroidery Software Training Certification Program 

Karen LaMendola lives on the Southwest Coast of Florida with her husband, Michael and their sons, Wesley (10) and David (14).  She has lived in Florida for almost 9 years. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Bowie State University in Maryland.

Karen works in real estate by day and by night, when not running to sporting events with her boys, she sews. She has been sewing since she was very little.  Her Grandmother taught her to sew and do needlework at a very young age.  Her Father has his own upholstering business.

Karen started selling sewing machines in the late 1980’s as something extra and fun to do. From there she started teaching quilting classes on the serger.  Now her passion for sewing is on the embroidery machine and with the Designer’s Gallery Software.  Most weekends she can be found sewing, or teaching a Master Works classes.  Or at a sporting event.

Karen will be teaching for Suegb Masterworks classes, Designers Gallery Classes and possibly Palette classes all during east coast times online. For both the teachers classes and the student classes.
